The Body Joyful University was created by author, leader of the Body Joyful Revolution, Body Neutrality Expert and certified Intuitive Eating Councilor Anne Poirier, CSCS.

Anne has dedicated her career to helping and empowering women of all sizes, shapes and weights to see and think about themselves in a more compassionate, kinder, and gentle way.

Having struggled with and overcome her own eating disorder and other food, body and exercise challenges she teaches women how to say NO and heal from diet culture.
